Abstract
Oukoubah เป็นภาษาอารบิกแปลว่า ความยุติธรรม โดย หนังสือเล่มนี้กล่าวถึงการฆ่าล้างเผ่าพันธ์ในประเทศกัมพูชาช่วงปี ค.ศ. 1975-1979 หรือในยุคคอมมิวนิสต์กัมพูชาเรืองอำนาจ โดยชาวมุสลิมได้รับผลกระทบถึง 10% ของผู้ถูกฆ่าล้างเผ่าพันธุ์ในประเทศกัมพูชาที่มี 1,000000 คน แต่หลังจากการกวาดล้างเหลือเพื่อ 200,000 คน การค้นหาความยุติธรรมที่แท้จริงของชาวกัมพูชาที่ต้องอดทนเพื่อรอเวลาที่จะเป็นอิสระ การแสวงหาอำนาจ การขัดขวางการพัฒนาทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของประเทศให้เดินหน้า บทเรียนสำคัญที่จะไม่กลับไปซ้ำรอยอดีตอีก รวมทั้งกรณีศึกษาของนักโทษ 13 คน ที่ถูกกักขังในค่ายกักกันตุลสเลง (Tuol Sleng Prison) โดยหนังสือเล่มนี้เป็นทั้งเอกสารปฐมภูมิและทุติยภูมิได้ ในกรณีศึกาการฆ่าล้างเผ่าพันธุ์
